Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because WJT CopyFlow is a software-based digital product with immediate access to platform features and configuration tools, subscriptions and payments are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel future renewal charges at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges.

If a technical issue caused by WJT CopyFlow prevents basic access to the product, contact support@wjtcopyflow.com and we will review the matter in good faith. Any exception remains at our sole discretion unless required by law.
